Imad Naffa passed away on September 6. In the construction industry, Naffa was a pioneer on Twitter. While many of you may roll your eyes at the thought of Twitter, Naffa made it into a business tool. ENR reported that at his death, Naffa had over 56,000 followers. This means that over 50,000 people actively subscribed to read what Naffa had to say, and this created business results. Naffa was also a software developer, and was responsible for creating Code Buddy.
Naffa’s story has inspired us at Cheatham Consulting to redouble our efforts to deliver fresh content pertinent to the surety and construction industries.
