Louis Hilker is a scheduling consultant at Cheatham Consulting, LLC. Lou applies his 45 years of experience in the construction industry to assist clients with scheduling and planning analysis.

In 2010, Lou retired as Senior Vice President of Planning and Quality Services at J.E. Dunn Construction. Lou provided in-house overview of planning, scheduling and quality reviews. He also worked with other staff to prepare procedures used to perform planning and quality activities. For over 30 years, Lou was a member of J.E. Dunn’s monthly project review team that was responsible for formally evaluating all phases of ongoing projects.

Prior to J.E. Dunn, Lou worked as a scheduling consultant to Kansas City general contractors. He worked on a number of projects including Royals and Chiefs stadiums, Worlds of Fun amusement park, Kemper Arena, the Kansas City, Missouri convention center, Penn Valley Junior Campus, and a Army Corps of Engineers’ bridge near Truman Lake.

Lou has a B.S. in civil engineering from Colorado State University.
